Our service was created by an experienced care professional with a genuine passion for supporting people to live with dignity, independence, and choice.

After spending several years working within established healthcare and disability support organisations, our founder decided to open her own service to provide more personalised, consistent, and compassionate care. Through this experience, she saw first-hand how important it is for people to feel heard, respected, and supported by someone you can trust.

With over five years of nursing experience and more than two years working directly in disability support, our approach is grounded in strong clinical knowledge as well as an understanding of everyday support needs. This background allows us to deliver care that is safe, professional, and tailored to each individual — while never losing sight of the human connection that makes quality support meaningful.

As a newly established service, we are able to offer a hands-on, flexible approach, taking the time to truly get to know each person we support. We believe that no two people are the same, and we work closely with participants, families, and support networks to ensure services align with personal goals, values, and preferences.

Our commitment is to provide respectful, person-centred support that promotes independence, confidence, and wellbeing. We are proud to now offer this experience directly to the community and look forward to building long-term, trusting relationships with the people we support.
